Housing/English Tech jobs Vienna-Moving from Munic

Hi All,

I am currently in Munich and moved here from USA. I am having it a tough time currently finding work as well as housing. Housing is ridiculous in Munich I learned fast.

I am currently finishing my A1 German language classes and wanted to continue to get A2 certification. My question is, how is Vienna for housing and/or english speaking jobs. I work in IT as a system admin/technical support and my german is basic. All the jobs I have applied to in Munich require german language skills as well as English. Housing would be my main priority for now but just trying to get a feel before I go visit the city next weekend.
