How to get Full time work permission in Austria ? (Vienna)

I am student in Vienna from Non EU Country... I am only allowed to work for 10 hours a week.. What suggestion you people give me if I want to work here full time legally .. What are the ways to get full time work permit or full time residence status.

Because whereever I go for interview , i get only one reply . you are not permitted to work so we can not offer you a job.

Suggestions please ??
