Jobs in fitness or pub/bar (Vienna)

Hi, my 19 year old son has been living and working volunteering in a hostel in Vienna with that last 1.5months. He is a qualified personal trainer and really wants to work as personal trainer but has only basic German he learned in school up to 15 years old, but he is finding it difficult to speak it...does anyone know any gyms or personal trainers who speak English or who expats go to because that gym or trainer speaks English. He wants to do a German course but can't afford it till he's working to pay for it. He is also willing to work in an Irish bar or English speaking bars. Because of how much he has to work at the hostel he has no free time to find work so it's a very difficult situation for him to get out of.
