Looking for an ophthalmologist (Vienna)

Hello.
I am looking for a good ophthalmologist in Vienna.
The Patiente is coming from Romania and has Down Syndrom. He need
quickly a Eye Surgery!!!! He has a problem at hese Eye ( descemetocel).

Descemetocele is an ophthalmic condition characterised by thinning of the stroma of the cornea (of the eye) to such extent that Descemet's membrane is the only layer maintaining the integrity of the eyeball.

I would be very gratfull finding a good Doctor for him .
