Manager of Training & Development (m/w)

You’re passionate about language, communication and business training and can persuade and motivate your trainer team and colleagues through your own excellent training, workshops, and pedagogical advice and support. A solid understanding of the industry’s products and services as well as a background in language and communication training provide the foundation for you to confidently advise customers and colleagues about course objectives, materials, methodology, etc.
Conducting interviews, trainer workshops and presentations in both English and German is no problem for you. Naturally, you’re familiar with all basic computer applications and can use them to generate and present basic progress reports, trainer and training statistics, etc.
Recruiting and interviewing language trainers and leading Orientation and Foundation Trainings
Providing ongoing trainer support and assisting in curriculum development/course design
Quality management of courses through regular controlling of feedback and tests and checking of pedagogical cards and attendance lists
Tracking and presenting key trainer and training statistics and data to management
Adapting curricula and materials and customizing training content in order to meet customer needs
Conducting customer needs analyses and performing oral placement tests
Advising management and sales team on pedagogical issues (material selection, course duration/homogeneity, trainer selection)
Conducting trainer observations and individualized trainer mentoring sessions
Compiling and presenting customer feedback summaries and progress reports
Leading regular trainer workshops and social gatherings for the Vienna trainer team
