Moving to Austria (Vienna)

Hi everyone. Living in Vienna for some time I like to move my family as well. Currently they (my girlfriend and our two kids) are living in Germany. Seems to me like a lot of paperwork (social security, health insurance, allowances .....) Anyone did that before ? I would be very pleased to share some experience.
