packages for TV internet and phone (Vienna)

We have just arrived in Vienna and will be moving in to a house in a couple of weeks. We were hoping that someone could give us some pointers on what packages are available for TV, internet and phone/mobile. Is it worth getting one of these 3G modems for a lap top rather than fixed line broadband? What providers of English Satellite/Cable TV are available. Can one get international TV as part of a package wit the other services? What else should we be taking in to account? Thank you in advance for any help.
