Paediatrician in Vienna

Hi, could someone please recommend a good paediatrician? We will live in 14th district and would like to find one near by in case of emergency but would certainly consider others if recommended by other parents.
Also, would it be better to become a patient of a doctor at a hospital so that in emergency you can go straight to hospital to "your" doctor or is it not how it works?
I would really appreciate some advice here as I will be living alone with 3 kids in Vienna and need to be prepared for everything.
