Professional Coaching Training in Vienna

Hi - We will start a systemic coaching course late April - the course will be conducted in English. We will meet 8 times over a period of about four months. Allowing for a summer break the course will finish around mid October. We will work the schedule with the participants.

The program is for line managers, HR professionals and other professionals who already have a working experience with coaching and wish to deepen and broaden their coaching skills as a core competence of their professional identity. The diploma level course covers systemic solution focused brief coaching approaches and attends to appreciative inquiry and how these techniques can be applied in coaching situations.

You don't have to be currently employed to participate but we value experience in working with people. This course may as well suit spouses who follow their partner's carreers and want to take the opportunity to brush up on their skills.
