PWN Mentoring Program 2017/2018 (Vienna)
We are pleased to announce the opening call for our PWN Vienna Mentoring Program Protected content . Under the motto “We rise by lifting others”, PWN Vienna is ready to launch the new mentoring program for Protected content . PWN Vienna belongs to PWN Global a global movement of people working towards gender balanced leadership through professional development and international, cross-industry, online and in-person networking. Mentoring is one of the offerings of PWN in many countries.
CALL FOR APPLICATIONS
Mentors: We have already recruited several experienced mentors. If you are interested to become a mentor we encourage you to apply! Mentors do NOT have to be members of PWN.
Mentees: You can apply to a maximum of 2 Mentoring Topics. Please indicate your first choice and second choice on the application form. To participate in the Mentoring Program, PWN membership is required.
Timeline & Organization
Application deadline for both mentors and mentees: 18. Sept. Protected content for mentees)
The mentoring coordinators will match mentors’ experiences with mentees’ expectations.
Pre kick-off event for mentors: To be announced. The coordinators will discuss the program and the matching with the mentors.
Kick-off event: 6 Oct. Protected content
Information about the mentoring process.
Training about important issues to manage when taking part in group learning.
Introductions to the group members (mentors and mentees).
Setting of the agenda.
Group Mentoring: The groups will agree on rules of how to organize the ongoing meetings. Each mentee will take some responsibilities in the whole organization process.
Workshops for mentors/mentees: To be announced. Feedback, satisfaction survey, results.
