Required: Restaurant recommendations WIEN (Vienna)

I am organizing a 1 week coprorate event in Vienna shortly and am looking for 2 restaurant recommendations (one on a Sunday, one mid-week). I already have meals planned at top-class restaurants (Toni Mörwald's Kochamt / Steirereck, Clementine at the Palais Coburg), so what I am looking for is more simple bistro-type addresses to eat simple but good (Wiener) food.
