Up and Coming Area Vienna

In London shoreditch is up and coming. Very happening right now. Tech, talent, and tolerance.
In NYC the Meatpacking district has taken over from Soho or Greenwich Village as the new and hip neighborhood.
In Berlin there are areas to the east like Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg. While Friedrichshein might be the next thing.
In SF market street behind Union Sqaure is seeing the inroad of Twitter and others.

How about Vienna ? What is the up and coming area where the creative people ply their trade and where the establishment is yet to make inroad ?
