Upcoming visit to Vienna

Hello,
I'm a transplant from the US who is now living in Graz and I'd like to start my European sightseeing during one of the upcoming weekends in March and make my way to Vienna.
I'd love to have some suggestions on activities, things to do, places to see, etc... Even if you have a suggestion on a better time to visit, etc...
