Wanting to Move to Vienna

It's been my dream to move to Vienna and work/live. I'm 32 yrs old, and want to make it happen. I'm familiar with the permit "stuff," but am wanting to know a bit more.

1. Is it difficult to find a job if I go without one?
2. I do have reservations, because I want to continue doing Marketing/Sales type jobs, but don't have an international background.
3. I don't have a bachelor's degree, but do well and have a great deal of business experience.

Any advice just to start the process and put my mind at ease would be much appreciated! Thanks!
