WCN Vienna & NPO-Frauennetzwerk Joint Event: Job S

Hi all!
I am writing from the Women´s Career Network Vienna (WCN), a volunteer based organization focusing on helping professional women to develop and expand their career opportunities in Austria, and would like to share with you a very interesting event about Job Sharing.
Job sharing at senior level usually means that two senior managers split a work week, while sharing responsibility and practicing joint decision making. As a flexible arrangement, it offers a great way of achieving work-life balance. It is a practice that has been around for decades now, but it has hardly been implemented in Austria.
Therefore, jointly with the NPO-Frauennetzwerk we have created a panel discussion to debate the commercial viability of the option.
