Research has proven that 70% to 90% of corporate-training does not turn into business results.

How can we analyze the reasons of this problem?

What are the challenges companies face, when investing huge amounts of money into employee training?

What are the possibilities of obtaining long-term results from employee training and what can you do to maximize Return on Investment on training?

In order to justify investments in training, there must be a clear evidence that learning transfers from the classroom into a change of behavior on the job.

For most organizations, the key to success lies in the expertise and skills of its employees. The ONLY way to maximize success then is to maximize the transfer of learning into job performance. If we cannot insure transfer of training, then investments in training are futile. In this session we will examine the most common barriers to learning transfer as well as the opportunities that every organization has to significantly improve its learning transfer rate and the return on investment from learning investments.
