Workshop: The creative path towards Leadership (Vienna)

) to inform you about the workshop "The creative path towards Leadership and Effective Execution" ( Protected content )

The workshop is targeting employees and managers of all levels and aims at improving employees' competencies and training them at different leadership styles. The workshop is interactive and hands-on: participants will work on their competencies and your trainer will introduce best practices that be directly reused by the Human Resources staff in Human Capital management.

Lead Facilitator is Alma Moya: "It will be an assessment regarding how competent you are at work: planning and organizing, comminication, team work, innovation and so on. You will get an individual report that explains how you do things. It provides recommendations how you can improve and further steps."

The Workshop takes place on the 22nd of August, 16:00 to 20:00.
