Moving to Laos (Vientiane)

Hi all

I am moving to Laos (Luang Namtha) at the end of September and would like to know what the hardest parts of moving here were for you all - I am from USA. Things such as visa information, medical, finding jobs, culture shock, buuying a car/truck, weather, etc. Any information that you would be willing to share is appreciated!
