Nasi Ayam Penyet consists of white rice, with herbs-marinated chicken parts and fried to perfection and here is the real deal, the sambal. We use fresh tomatoes, some garlic and lots of red onions and red chillies, and of course, shrimp paste not too much, but just fine! It is arguably that the best Nasi Ayam Penyet comes with the best sambal!
