Nasi Ayam Penyet is one of Malaysian famous delicacies but its origin as the people believe, came from Indonesia. Hand-crafted by Malaysian Chef, Chef Alvin.

Nasi Ayam Penyet consists of white rice, with herbs-marinated chicken parts and fried to perfection and here is the real deal, the sambal. We use fresh tomatoes, some garlic and lots of red onions and red chillies, and of course, shrimp paste not too much, but just fine! It is arguably that the best Nasi Ayam Penyet comes with the best sambal!
