New in Laos - help with family and car purchase (Vientiane)

Hi,

I will move to Vientiane with my family (one 5 year old child and one soon to come). Can anyone give me a hint on the best way to purchase a car? My budget is limited (maybe up to Protected content . Should I purchase a car in Laos or in Germany and transport it there? Are there ways to sell the car when you leave?

Also, is there anyone with experience living there with a family with young kinds?
