Clinics and pediatric doctors who speak English (Vilnius)

Hi. I would like to know if there are clinics or hospitals where have doctors who can provide medical care for a infant (4 month old). I am working here in Lt and i have the residential here. Also i succed to register here the baby. Me i have SODRA ID. Unfortunately i don't know Lithuanian language and neither Russian.
If same one can help me with same advice and procedure and can give me same contacts for a pediatric and/ or family doctor please contact me. I need for regular medical check of baby, vaccine, etc.
