How does it feel... (Vilnius)

Dear All,
I'm visiting the Vilnius Forum from time to time and I am very pleased to see lots of activity among the expats.
I would love to hear as much as possible (views and opinions) about living in Lithuania nowadays, especially as a non-Lithuanian. How do you guys cope with language barrier? What about local's attitude? And everything else in regards to living there.
Myself, I haven't been to Lithuania for quite a few years now, however, seeing a huge community of foreign people in Vilnius I get excited and amazed. Moreover, I get very curious as to how foreign people feel about living there.
I'm a foreigner myself in the country I live now, and would appreciate sharing the experience of those who are living in my home country nowadays.
