Opportunity to get free coaching sessions (Vilnius)

Hey there!

For my continued development I need recorded sessions with English speaking people. So I’m looking for volunteers.

What will you get?
• Up to 8 free coaching sessions
• Support via email in the time of collaboration.

What are requirements?
• Know what coaching is
• Have an area in the need of improvement
• Be willing to commit for some sessions
(you can quit after the first meeting though :))
• Be in Vilnius at least for the first meeting
• Commit to write feedback and maybe recommendation.
• Be ok with the fact, that sessions will be recorded. (Complete confidentiality applies. Sessions will be listened/seen by my supervisor, but no personal data or details will be shared anywhere. We will just work on how I could adjust my work-style to serve it better for your purposes. As a member of ICF I am committed to Code of Ethics, which you can find here: Protected content )
