Problem with DVD's? (Vilnius)

One thing I experienced difficulty with moving often to different regions is when you want to play DVD's from different regions your computer wants to change regions, and will only do it a few times then it is locked, and you are locked into one region's DVD's. You can get over this by installing VLC media player. It ignores region codes and just plays the DVD regardless of its origin.
