Small business Opportunities in Vilnius

I am trying to explore business opportunities in Vilnius. Can anybody throw some focus on FTTH (Fiber to the Home) business, as I am into it , and wanna set up a small company that will be providing maintenance and operational assistance to the major companies. Really appreciate if the folks would like to enlighten me if the opportunists in this field are there for a small business investor, and if the chances are there to get some contracts of such kind of operational work from major companies. As at the moment, I cannot have own Telecom or should I consider doing something else. The Second option is clothing or bedding business that my close family members are already running in home country.
