Visa Issues (Vilnius)

HI Everyone,

Can someone give me some advice here.

I am trying to get an e-Apostille recognized in Lithuania specifically a criminal conviction record for Visa purposes.

When ever I mention to immigration that I have an e-Apostille they have either never heard of it or suggest I call another number now i'm being forwarded to the police and have been sent a list of 20 odd people to email to try and find this information.

It really shouldn't be this difficult I find it hard to believe no one at the immigration office has heard of the Hague Convention or an e-Apostille before.

Has anyone run into similar issues ?

Sadly i've already spent all day today calling different people and no where closer to an answer.
