where can i get some basic lithuanian courses (Vilnius)

Hi ,

i came here for work, will stay for a while. i feel very inconvenient if i can't understand at all the language.
i am looking for some basic language course , better at night or weekend.
i checked the courses in the website of Vilnius univeristy . only short term course in summer time.
Anyone can kindly provide some hint on it?
