1 day trip to warsaw (Warsaw)

Hi, I wonder if anybody have time to make a one-day-trip-plan for me and my friends. We are going to Warsaw at 14 March and will be there for 1 day. Hope to have your nice advises also. The only problem for us beside plan, is getting train ticket from Warsaw to Prague!!! it's really hard since there is no online shopping for that. Anyway, hope to hear from you.
