I am a German correspondent who will move to Warsaw as of April 1, Protected content . I'm looking for an apartment of Protected content meters, in a quiet street of Mokotov.
I'm currently still in Belgrade, Serbia, and will come to Warsaw to take a look at apartments first time in the second half of February, if that doesn’t work out, again in March.
I’d much prefer an apartment in a century-old building, or even a floor in a privately owned house, which I have also seen in some areas of Mokótow or Wierzbno – with high ceilings and a wooden floor.
I 'm looking for:
1.) 4 rooms.
2.) Unfurnished – I bring my own furniture
3.) I’ll stay a minimum 3 years, probably 5 years
4.) 2 bathrooms would be nice, or 1 bathroom and a guest toilet
5.) An elevator is certainly nice, but no killer criteria, depending on the location of the apartment
6.) A balcony, or access to a garden, would be nice, but is no killer criteria.
7.) I need a cellar or other storage area to store boxes, bicycles and the like
9.) Price up to Protected content .
