Bar for 30+ (Warsaw)

I'm relatively new to Warsaw, living in the University area for work. I have British friend coming into town, and was wondering whether there is a good bar for Protected content old guys to relax and have a decent time. We're not looking for the clubs with wall to wall 21 year olds, just a fun atmosphere where we can socialize. Any suggestions?
