Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in Warsaw:

Client Services Coordinator
(1 year maternity cover starting from 1st July Protected content
As a member of the European Information Product Solutions (IPS) Team, you will provide an efficient support within the team in line with our company's guidelines, priorities, procedures and objectives as well as providing a high degree of service and quality to our internal and external clients.

Responsibilities:

•Provide administrative support for clients and sales consultants
•Provide information on products and services, coordinate work load efficiently; provide publications and reports to clients
•Effective and accurate order management which will result in invoicing for the EMEA region; prepare draft orders and book them;
•Process all clients queries and order requests within 24 hours of receipt;
•Ensure that all paperwork and record keeping is complete and accurate;
•Prepare reports in Excel;
•Draft contracts, pricings, collect and prepare data for proposals;
•Administer and grant accesses to online tools;
•General administration work;

Competencies:

A higher level of commercial education is essential. Experience in a client services type role or similar would be an asset. Mastery of English (both oral and written) is essential; fluency in any other European language would be an advantage.

The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and employees at all levels; excellent problem solving and analytical skills; proven ability to research, follow up and resolve issues; demonstrate ability to work both individually and collectively with others in a team environment; advanced skills of MS tools (Word, Excel and Outlook); and the ability to carry out different projects simultaneously.
