Cultural clashes/ misunderstandings - your stories (Warsaw)

Hello everyone

I'm intercultural trainer/coach. I work with international assignees relocated to Poland and also with people relocating from Poland to other countries. "My" assignees love to hear and learn from real life examples. I wonder if you could share with me your stories/cases of cross cultural misunderstandings/ clashes you have experienced while working with your employees, co-workers, supervisors here in Poland.
The other question is what is the most challenging for you in terms of living and working in Poland ?
