Good Bank for English-speaker in Poland? (Warsaw)

It's simple and embarrassing: I don't speak Polish but I need to manage a bank account in Poland.

English is best but in a pinch I might be able to handle German.

Need a website in my language, and some help getting things set up and transferred from the current bank (PKO).

Will visit Warsaw and Torun soon and could visit a banker in person.
