How are apartments near Arkadia Mall? (Warsaw)

Hello all,

We are in the process of moving to Warsaw. Last week, I looked at 11 flats week in the city center area. There was one in particular we liked among the apartment buildings near Arkadia Mall. This seems like a good area as it's close to the metro, tram and bike paths as well as a large gym at Arkadia. I also like the idea of having a bit of green space.

Does anyone else live near Arkadia?

Or can you tell me if it would be a good area to live for a couple in their mid-30s?
