Labor costs (Warsaw)

A friend and I were talking about Poland and hiring employees and the question arose about what would be the minimum cost to hire an employee annually. We assumed there were the normal set of taxes and insurance costs, but does anybody have a firm figure of what the base cost (salary and all associated taxes, fees and insurance) of a new full-time employee would cost a company and if there are any considerations for small businesses with just a few employees? It seems to be missing on all the "business in Poland" websites.
