Learning Polish: any good school to suggest? (Warsaw)

Hi all.
I am Luca from Italy.
I am looking for advice about good polish schools who can provide:
1. intensive courses for some weeks
2. tailored solutions (I travel a lot, so a steady schedule is not always on my side).
I am moving to Warsaw this week, and I would like to be more integrated with my colleagues and the local culture. As of today, my Polish is just enough to survive at the restaurant!.
I hope you can share with me some of your experience.
