A Polish private investment fund is looking for an experienced native English speaking Personal Assistant for its Warsaw based office to provide efficient and effective support to the CEO.
The company is a well-established player in real estate markets, as well as a successful investor in diverse niche sectors, with over 20 years of experience.
Day to Day duties will include the following:
Extensive diary management
Handling travel arrangements as required
Organizing internal and external meetings
Dealing with all correspondence
Daily management of the office
Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;
Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
Data entry and managing spreadsheets
Other general administration duties,

Duties should be completed in line with specified deadlines, accurately and with particular attention to detail
Exposure to an international working environment
Proven relevant PA/administrative support experience
Native English is essential!
Salary and Benefits
Negotiable depending on experience.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm, occasional flexibility is expected.
