Recruiter ( On-site) with English (Warsaw)

The Role

We are looking for a talented Recruiter to support Polish market with EMEA / Global scope for one of our growing, highly respected clients - a market leader globally in the Healthcare market within eyecare, you would be focusing on direct permanent solution hiring.
Working as an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for the full recruitment process including; sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to multiple stakeholders, as well as client management.
The role will be a critical hire within our team for this global partnership, and will be based on Client site in Warsaw, Marynarska.

Key Accountabilities

Focus on direct sourcing methodologies to attract top talent for roles across EMEA region
Recruitment across a range of functions for professional and technical roles
Managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing through to offer management
Engage with stakeholders across the business, regularly updating all parties on the status of your allocated requisitions
Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant talent pools

Skills & Experience

Significant Recruitment experience gained within an RPO or inhouse environment, managing the full end to end recruitment process with knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies
A very good command of English
Ideally previous shared service centre experience
Flexibility to adapt and support other business needs when required
Recruitment process with knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies
Excellent senior stakeholder managements skills
Adaptability in a changing environment, being able to manage changes in processes swiftly
