Trip to Warsaw in February

Hi, I am planning a longer weekend trip to Warsaw in February. Can anybody advise me if it's too cold to walk around in the city to see the places like old town, Palace of Culture and Nowy Swiat street area?
I'll visit museums as well, so it's not the intention to be outdoors all the time.
