Disaster Dinner (Washington, D.C.)

I am a disaster in the kitchen and my husband's family is expecting me to cook this wonderful Christmas dinner. I don't even know where to begin. How do you moms time everything to get it done all at once? I don't even know why I agreed to this. There is a reason why I LOVE take-out!
