Looking for apt in DC from mid-Oct (Washington, D.C.)

Dear all,
I am looking for an apartment in DC from mid-October, 1 BR and den or 2BR (Dupont, Logan, Woodley Park, Columbia Heights, Capitol Hill or other as long as it is close to Metro). Preferred, but not necessary features: wood floor, lots of light, patio or balcony, up to Protected content . I am looking on all other channels as well (Craigslist etc.) but if anyone happens to hear something, do let me know
