Introduction into Buddhism & guided Meditation (Wiesbaden-Mainz)

Curious about Buddhism and Meditation? I went to a session there for the first time just yesterday and since there is an introductory evening in English end of this month I thought I share the details with you guys:

Introduction into Buddhism and the Karma Kagyü Lineage to which the Wiesbaden Buddhist center belongs. Followed by a guided meditation, both in English. Admission free.
