Suggestions for Job Searching (Wiesbaden-Mainz)

Hello! I'm currently in the process of trying to get my Visa so that I can move to Germany from the United States. I want to come and work and live there so that I can be closer to friends and family. I do not currently have a job offer though and was wondering if anyone had suggestions of where an American can look for work in the Wiesbaden-Mainz-Rheingau area? I have been working within the Special Education field for about 6 years now in the US, but have a degree in Theology. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as it appears I will be coming there on a tourist Visa and hoping to find employment upon my arrival so that I may obtain my residency permit.
