Visas for Namibia (Windhoek)

Hello,

My wife and I have been doing some voluntary work in Uganda and Mexico the last few years and would like to move to Namibia next year to do the same. My question is How difficult is it to get a visa to stay for a couple of years?

We are not a charity , we work online to pay our way. Would working for a company make it easier to get a visa? We are both I.T specialists and I also have a tesol for English teaching if that can help me get a job which would permit us to stay.

We love Africa and dearly wish to be able to live in Namiba so any help would be greatly appreciated.
