Work Visa/Permit? (Windhoek)

Hi all,
I am Australian, still living here, but if all goes to plan I will be moving to Windhoek to start a new life end of Protected content .

I have heard how difficult it is to get a long term work visa/permit for Namibia, so I am hoping for any insights, tips or help any of you can provide?

From the forms on the Home Affairs site it appears that you need to find a job first and get that company to sponsor your application, or is it possible to get a permit approved and then seek work once I have arrived?

I'm sure it's incredibly difficult if not impossible to find a job BEFORE getting there!

Would love hearing any of your stories on how you managed to get approved and any advice you can afford would be greatly appreciated.
