GENERAL SUMMARY:

Ideal for someone seeking to gain experience in small business
administration, international education, foreign student advising,
cross-cultural counseling, intercultural training, intercultural
negotiation, and public speaking. Potential for full-time employment at
end of internship.

The scope of responsibilities includes, but is not limited to the following:

· Protected content Intercultural Services Director in homestay placements and
support of international students with American hosts;
· Protected content and facilitate new student orientations;
· Protected content Recruitment Specialist in recruitment of new homestay hosts
including home visits and host orientation training; maintaining host
database
· Protected content in intercultural problem solving with clients, students and
hosts using cross-cultural counseling and negotiation skills;
· Protected content potential clients and students on homestay services;
· Protected content (e-mail and phone) with domestic and international
clients and hosts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Protected content to think strategically and develop creative solutions to
research cultural issues

international education, foreign student advising, cross-cultural
counseling, intercultural training and intercultural negotiation. The
scope of responsibilities includes, but is not limited to the following:

· Protected content Marketing & Business Development Director in homestay
placement and overall support in all aspects of Korean Executive homestay
program
· Protected content Recruitment Specialist with home visits and recruitment for
Executive program;
· Protected content of pre-departure and homestay materials into Korean
· Protected content homestay orientation and attend welcome and graduation
functions;
· Protected content in intercultural problem solving with client, Executives and
hosts using cross-cultural counseling and negotiation skills;
· Protected content with Global Immersions staff, client, and Korean corporation
HR manager (when necessary);
· Protected content clients and potential hosts on homestay services;
· Protected content (e-mail and phone) with Marketing & Business Development
Director, domestic and international clients and hosts.
