Advice on Teaching English in Panama...

Hello!

My name is Michael Rutland and I am an English Teacher in Xi'an, China. I have been here for just over two years, and will be leaving to work in Panama City, Panama in early October. I need to find a teaching job for my wife and myself, or one where I could write for newspapers or magazines. I am a native English speaker from America, she is from China and has taught English for seven years. She can also teach Chinese and I am a professional photographer (and the fact I do not yet have a profile photo up is an irony not lost on me!).

We are both young - I am 31 and she is Protected content eager to understand the Panamanian lifestyle and philosophy. I also plan to hike the length of the TPT (A trail that runs from the border of Costa Rica to the border of Colombia), and to try and understand the archaeological history of the country. The place and its people is why I am coming, and teaching is what will allow me to stay for longer than a tourist two weeks. The question is who is hiring and in what capacity?
