Agents: Traveling is Good - anyone heard of them

Hi

I'm working in India at the moment and in February my parents are planning to visit India for some sightseeing. Enquiries through the web have brought them across an Indian tour agent called Traveling (sic) is Good. Before committing we would like to know whether anyone has any experiences of them, good or bad - I can't seem to find much on the web to that effect.
