Amsterdam for foodporn addicts

Hey everyone!

I'm going to Amsterdam next month. It's not my first time there so I won't be doing much of sightseeing and other "standard" stuff. Instead, I want to go wild and feed my hedonistic cravings.

So I'm looking for cafes/restaurants which serve great food and maybe aren't well known among tourists. I usually try to experience any place I go to from perspective of local people. So any tips would be greatly appreciated.

P. s. healthy-ish food options are preferred
