Any non-EU knows Spain's non-lucrative visa?

Hey everyone,

I plan on residing long term in Spain (for travel and lesiure) and I chanced upon the non-lucrative residence visa. Does anyone here know any idea about it? Or can offer advice?

I'm from the Philippines and Spain grants citizenships to Philippine citizens who can stay for 2 years in Spain. I plan to achieve that by getting the non-lucrative residence visa first (which lasts for a year and renewable).

I work online and would be able to fulfill income requirements for that residence visa. My concern mainly is how to go about the procedure, obtaining a rental space in Spain, etc.
